Shipping policy

Digital items will be automatically sent to you. Shop is set up for instant email upon purchase. If you do not receive or cannot locate your download please send me your email and I will be happy to email them to you.

Physical items will have the creation, process and shipping estimates in the description. For items that are being created the time will depend on what is being created and will be estimated to you upon purchase. Items ready to ship will be shipped out within 4 business days of purchase. Shipping time will depend on which shipping method is chosen and the carrier. Once I give the item to the shipper, timing is completely within their hands, not mine.
